About these terms
These terms apply to the DuoNavigator website and to the DuoNavigator app for macOS, both provided by Dror Lederman (“we”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
License
DuoNavigator is free. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for personal or business use. The app is closed source. We keep all rights in it that these terms do not expressly grant you.
What you may not do
You may not sell or rent out the app, or distribute modified copies of it. You may not remove or change its copyright notices, code signature or notarization, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction. To share DuoNavigator, link to this website instead of passing on a copy of the file, so others get the signed and notarized version.
Your files and backups
DuoNavigator copies, moves, renames and deletes files when you tell it to, and some of these actions cannot be undone. You are responsible for checking what an action will do before confirming it, and for keeping backups of important data.
No warranty
The app and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app is free of errors or that it works on every Mac or version of macOS.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, profits or business, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the app or the website, even if we were told that such damage was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Updates and availability
We may release new versions, and change or stop offering the app or the website, at any time. We are not obliged to provide updates or support.
Website content
The text, images and design of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may link to the website and quote short excerpts with a link to the source. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. DuoNavigator is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A new version applies to downloads and use after it is published.
